Job Description What you'll do...
Help with the daily maintenance of the hotel, hitting the right notes for any faults or repairs.
Plumbing – unblocking drains/toilets, repairing/replacing taps etc.
Minor electrical gigs – replacing lamps/fittings, sockets and switches etc.
Rock the Health and Safety tasks, like weekly fire alarm tests, water temperature monitoring, showerhead descaling.
Maintenance on HVAC systems like filter cleaning/replacing.
Ensure the hotel is kept to the highest maintenance standards.
Respond quickly to all maintenance requests and concerns from guests and team members following the hotel reporting procedure.
Qualifications What we’re looking for… 2 years experience in a similar role within hospitality industry.

City & Guilds level 2 in any trade is desired but not essential.
Plumbing and HVC experience desirable.
