As a Maintenance Associate, you will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of building, kitchen, and bar equipment as well as fixtures and systems within Eataly London. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING… Repairs of equipment and furniture around the store. Cleaning of radiators and unblocking of toilets. Ensure high standards of general upkeep and routine maintenance of the site facilities. Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and plumbing works around the building and flag any items that need further attention. Support other departments with installing marketing materials around the store, and setting up IT equipment for in-store events. Maintenance experience within a commercial business, preferably either hospitality or retail. Experience with professionally performing repairs and paint applications. Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electric work – were trained and safe. Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, night shifts, and bank holidays.
