LOGISTIC SPECIALIST - INTERNSHIP

Born in ’97, with the name Athletes World, now has more than 200 shops. AW LAB is part of the Bata group, world leader in the footwear industry, with over 5,000 stores in more than 100 countries. AW LAB proposes a wide collection of sneakers of the most famous international sport brands and a wide range of exclusive designs created in collaboration with them. The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels. We are now offering an Intership in the Logistic Department, with the possibility to develop your expertise in a crucial sector for a retailer company. The primary purpose of the role is supporting the team in a bunch of daily activities including: Import/Export support Manage the archiving of Export documents Monitor their compliance with the standard Logistic In agreement with Planning and Merchandising department, manage all the step of reverse logistic process for the commercial return Refill stores with consumable products (shoppers, cartons, marketing material) upon request Work with Web department to manage the correct flow of merchandise to our external photographer , to guarantee the on time availability of the brand new product’s image for our website Review store’s inbound and notify any eventual claim for missing merchandise to the carrier/ supplier Constant monitoring of “goods on way” Analytic and numeric competencies Competent in Microsoft Office and well skilled on Excel Ability to overall view Fluent English Basic Knowledge of the logistic processes Team Player Planning & Organizing capabilities, Result Orientation Initiative and Problem Solving Attention to details Degree - preferably in Management Engineering LOCATION Limena (PD) Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
