In the role you will aid the business, or Operations Manager to effectively execute their strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out kit assembly and dispatch for the local office location and assist with sending stock and instruments to and from interstate to ensure adequate supply and best kit usage around all locations in Australia.
Effectively assemble orthopedic instrument kits independently and dispatch on a daily basis in order of priority and stock availability as per the SAP kit diary Use the ERP system to keep an accurate record of all dispatch and returns to ensure accurate records are maintained.
On-time and in full delivery of kits to meet customer orders and accurate and complete records kept within the system Qualifications ITS ALL ABOUT YOU Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Platforms and ERP systems Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
