The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels. The Legal Specialist will have the opportunity to collaborate both with the Legal and the Real Estate Departments in particular in the activities related to franchising and real estate agreements. The resource will collaborate with the Legal in drafting legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, supplementary agreements. She/He will support the coordination of the Real Estate activities and the relations with tenant representant, landlords, local Bata companies and the internal HQs department. KEY CHALLENGES: Drafting of legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, supplementary agreements Supporting negotiation of Italy and Spain contracts Checking regulations of interest to the company and changes in the legal framework in order to provide timely updates Support the Bata and AW LAB Real Estate Mgr. for the analysis of the opening proposal received Support in the collaboration with the Technical Department for the activities’ feasibility and handover conditions Support in the collaboration with the Finance department in order to prepare a Business Plan (aligned with the approved budget) for the received proposals Attend Property Meeting to overview the proposal received from a commercial and financial point of view Collect the narrative and financial reports for the approval of the Management Team Support in the communication to the departments through Internal Memos related to opening, renewals and closing Update and manage database related to whole Real Estate portfolio Support the management of the operations regarding the renewals and closing of the stores, Support in the management of Risk Document (Scheda Rischi) to highlights the risks that we could encounter signing a contract Degree - preferably Business Economy or Law Fluent in Italian and English , Spanish nice to have Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying information Planning and organization Relates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization Communication and negotiation LOCATION Limena (PD) Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
