We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region.
While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential.

The Position Organize and maintain the digital and physical archive of the legal department Assist in creating and maintaining a database with information related to contracts in Italian and English.
Create PowerPoint presentations.
Review and manage communications received in the company’s certified email inbox, assigning them to the appropriate departments and verifying content.
Create order numbers and requests on company portals (Coupa and Simple Legal).
Organize shipments for sending and receiving documents via courier.
Coordinate with colleagues from various departments to collect signatures and documents.
Use tools for collecting digital signatures (DocuSign).
The Ideal Candidate High level in local language and in oral as well as written English communication Highly detail oriented and organized in work Previous legal experience or a background in legal studies Be valued.
