We are searching for an experienced and dedicated qualified Legal and Compliance Manager to join our team in Berlin and contribute their legal skills and business acumen to developing a truly outstanding company.

YOUR TASKS Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate, civil, commercial, and compliance matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with internal and external stakeholders and enhance MEININGER’s contract management Support the management of legal risks, ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable regulations across Europe Monitor and advise on regulatory developments impacting the hospitality industry Support dispute resolution and litigation processes Support the development and implementation of compliance standards and processes Support the team in special Project related work Liaise and co-ordinate with external legal law firms when necessary YOUR PROFILE A degree in Law (LL.
, LL.
, or equivalent) 2-3 years of experience in a legal role, ideally within a corporate environment or law firm Knowledge of contract law, corporate law and data protection Previous experience in the hospitality or real estate sector is a plus Strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage WHAT MEININGER OFFERS Competitive salary Company pension scheme Hybrid work model (home-office days and in-office in Berlin) and flexible working time arrangements Additional days holiday per year of service (max.
