Your tasks Keeping contacts with customers to catch their needs Understanding how to solve the trouble by customer's site Planning and budgeting activities for the new machine installation and for the maintenance/upgrade activities Working together with sales and service colleagues to provide a complete service to the customer Travelling to be on site by the customer Your profile Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering Knowledge of SAP, CRM, KSP, dispatching table, Sales Force Management skills Cost control skills Problem-solving skills Empathy, customer orientation, listening capabilities and a sense of responsibility Teamworking, networking, communication Availability to travel in the entire country, for approximately 150 days/year Our benefits Krones as an employer Krones’ employees are what set it apart from the rest.
