As the HR Generalist, you are the cornerstone of our human resources and administrative functions.
Reporting directly to the head of People & Culture or the Head of Payrolls, your responsibilities encompass the breadth of HR duties from recruitment to offboarding.
Your role ensures that our engineers, software developers, and other team members have an optimal work environment, feel valued, and continue to drive our company's success in the renewable energy software domain.
esponsibilities.
versee the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
acilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated and understand company culture and policies.
erve as the primary point of contact for all employee concerns, feedback, and complaints.
rganize regular communication sessions, including town halls and departmental meetings.
dentify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate sessions to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills.
romote continuous learning and support employees in their professional growth aspirations.
oordinate and oversee periodic performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
anage any necessary disciplinary processes in accordance with company guidelines.

Study & Qualifications.

HR certifications are a plus.
