JUNIOR BUSINESS FINANCE SUPPORT

We are seeking a Junior Business Finance Support to join our team based in Milan or in Rome. The location will be established based on the candidate's residence. PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE TO COVER MATERNITY LEAVE - Approx. 6 months The candidate will carry out activity within the business and finance team, supporting project controllers and project managers. In particular, they will be responsible for: Support contract management registration, archiving and sending acceptance (support activity for Project Controllers) Control of invoicing plans, in accordance with contracts Invoice registration in Aruba (Support for Project Controllers) VAT code control in intercompany invoicing and registration in Aruba Control of collections, coordinating with the foreign team dedicated to this activity Weekly control of orders issued to suppliers Support to managers in drafting the project progress report Join the Finance Team You will be part of the Central European Finance & Administration team.
