s an Italian Speaking Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers.
This includes assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

esponsibilities Assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide effective solutions Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies Follow established procedures and adhere to quality standards Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken Previous customer service experience is advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy towards customers Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications Willingness to relocate to Greece Valid European Passport or ID Private Health Insurance Pension Plan Paid Time Off Work From Home Training & Development Performance Bonus
