Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce an opportunity for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading tech giant! If you are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing excellent customer support, this role is for you. In this position, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our esteemed client. Your Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all interactions Document all customer interactions accurately to assist with continuous improvement Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and targets Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and best practices Requirements Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential Strong passion for customer service and helping others Experience in the customer service field is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to solve problems efficiently with a positive attitude Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new cultural environment A desire to learn and grow within a forward-thinking team!
