As part of the corporate reorganization and internalization of Information and Communication Technology services, we are looking for an IT Service Integration Manager to be employed within the IT Systems and Cybersecurity Execution function. The identified figure will have the role of supervising the Service Delivery and ensuring its adequacy and continuous improvement for the technological towers in scope. Main activities: Management of all activities related to the specific area of expertise, ensuring consistency and identifying any critical issues. Verification and validation of contractual clauses, monitoring compliance and performance, including SLAs and KPIs. 24/7 coordination and management of Major Incident reports and extraordinary activities. Participation in periodic meetings to review operational activities, service progress, performance and related projects. Coordination of the management and control of the End-to-End service. QUALIFICATION: Degree KNOWLEDGE OF ITALIAN and ENGLISH LANGUAGE: C1 LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role and in a complex and multinational context. IT and TECHNICAL SKILLS: Technical knowledge in the application, infrastructure, user-centric and cybersecurity fields, with particular reference to SAP, Service Now, GHRS transversal systems and the main Process, Engineering and Construction systems. Ability to analyze data through Excel and ServiceNow. Good knowledge of Project Management and ITIL. SOFT SKILLS: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent organizational skills; ability to learn quickly and work with best practices; excellent interpersonal skills.
