Role Overview As an Inside Sales Team Leader, Welfare , you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 Inside Business Developers ensuring high levels of motivation, performance and team work, with the goal of leading the team to meet and exceed assigned sales goals. Your mission: Training and coaching . You will support your team members by providing them with the tools and training needed to improve and refine individual and team performance through coaching, mentorship and on-the-job training. Activity management and performance monitoring . You will be responsible for dividing activities among team members and constantly monitoring their performance through consultation of dashboards and KPI trackers. Sales activities . 50% of the time, you will be personally involved in business development activities by actively contributing to revenue generation and achieving sales targets. Team management and career development . You will be responsible for managing the development of your team members, identifying areas of improvement/strength and building ad-hoc plans for each one for their personal and professional development; Team management . You have 2+ years of experience in Sales Team Management roles. Sales B2B. You have strong experience in managing the entire B2B sales cycle, with a proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding goals. Leadership skills . You have strong leadership skills and are able to motivate, coach and inspire team members to reach and exceed their full potential. Analytical skills . You have a data-driven mindset and are able to monitor and use data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement; Communication skills . You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and establish effective working relationships, both intra and cross team. Adaptability . You have a goal-oriented mindset and are comfortable with dynamic, fast-paced and constantly changing environments, being able to quickly prioritise between different activities and be a point of reference for the team.
