We are looking for an Inside Sales Professional, in Milan within the Digital Industry in Area Sales.
He / She will be responsible for the sale of the whole Digital Industry portfolio and part of the Smart Infrastructure portfolio (low voltage products).
The Digital sales channel was recently set-up inside our sales organization.
The Digital Sales Channel representative acts as an Inside Sales which identifies, nurtures and converts prospects remotely, supported by several digital instruments to enhance the development of the business.

Your Challenge As Inside Sales Professional your main activities will be.
Acts like a Sales Representative, but in general without customer visits (Inside Sales) Responsibility to develop the sales volume with assigned customer, driving their purchases through the Siemens web shop SiePortal Provide information to customers and/or general sales Analyse customers’needs and may efficiently support their decision-making process Act as a “trust-in-person” contact to spot opportunities and prospects Drive communication via digital tools like chat, email, telephone, video conferencing etc.
Drive dedicated digital enabled actions along the customer journey Report to Digital Business Sales Manager Investigate and pre-qualify customer contacts / leads based on data analysis or remote customer contact To be a perfect fit for this role, you already have.
Educational background in Engineering, Automation or Technical Diploma Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication abilities Pipeline/forecast, time/territory planning and management General knowledge of drive techniques, electric motors, motion control, PLC.
Strong orientation to reach the targets, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Proficiency in English and Italian Eligibility to work in Italy What we offer Flexibility.
