Johnson & Johnson Médecine Innovante cherche à embaucher un chef de territoire, Immunologie (Gastro-entérologie) pour les régions de la rive-sud de Québec, Bas St-Laurent, Centre-du-Québec et Sherbrooke.

Principales responsabilités.
Le chef de territoire sera responsable, entre autres, de ce qui suit.
Atteindre les objectifs de vente et d’affaires pour les produits et indications assignées, par des interactions individuelles avec les gastro-entérologues et professionnels de la santé associée, des présentations en groupe et via le support à l’exécution des programmes d’éducation médicale au sein du territoire désigné.
Faire preuve d’un excellent esprit d’analyse et d’une vision audacieuse et stratégique qui procureront une valeur ajoutée aux professionnels de la santé ciblés.
Devenir un expert dans l’identification des principales opportunités de croissance pour la région ou pour le groupe de professionnels de la santé concerné, afin de planifier et investir judicieusement en fonction des défis et opportunités repérés, et ce, en exécutant un plan d’affaires minutieusement préparé pour le territoire.
Posséder un excellent esprit d’analyse et une vision audacieuse et stratégique pour offrir une valeur ajoutée au client, tout en démontrant une connaissance du client par une approche personnalisée et une sélection appropriée d’activités.
Devenir un expert reconnu dans l’entreprise au sein du territoire assigné, en comprenant bien le milieu des soins de santé (y compris les clients, les produits, la concurrence, l’accès au marché et la réglementation).
Développer une connaissance approfondie du contexte de soins de santé dans la région assignée et savoir mettre en valeur les produits, le programme de soutien au patient, la formation, le soutien technique et tout autre solution, suivant les normes de conformité, et selon les besoins des professionnels de la santé ciblés.
Collaborer avec les partenaires commerciaux des équipes Ventes, Marketing, Éducation médicale, et Affaires médicales et gouvernementales.
Collaborer avec ses collègues pour intégrer des plans axés sur un but précis.

Key responsibilities.
In this role, the Territory Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to.
Achieve sales and business objectives for assigned brands/indications through customer interactions (gastroenterologists and associated health care providers) via 1.
, group selling activity and support execution of Medical Education within the designated territory Demonstrate strong analytical insight, innovative & strategic thinking to deliver customer value.
Become an expert in identifying key growth opportunities for the specified region/customer group, and how to effectively plan and invest against those identified drivers as articulated in a prepared formalized territory business plan.
Become an acknowledged expert in the business within his/her assigned territory by understanding fully the healthcare environment (including customers, products, competitive set, and regulatory) Develop a complete understanding of health care delivery within the assigned region and how to position the assigned products, the technical and educational support as well as the resources of our patient support program, based on the customer needs, and in alignment with our compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with business partners in Sales, Marketing, Medical Education and Medical science to plan and co-ordinate meetings, symposia and other CME & congress related activities.
Collaborate with colleagues within the sales team, integrating the territory business plans with the purpose to address customer needs as well as the goals defined by the business unit and optimize the customers and patient’s experience.
Qualifications Qualifications.
French Baccalauréat ou diplôme de niveau supérieur Au moins trois (3) ans d’expérience fructueuse en vente dans le secteur de la santé Expérience de visites auprès de gastro-entérologues ou d’autres spécialistes en immunologie, un atout.
Orientation sur les résultats et solides compétences en réflexion stratégique et en prise de risques calculés, suivant les processus et politiques de conformité.
Orientation axée sur la clientèle et solides aptitudes pour la collaboration Capacité éprouvée (exemples à l’appui) pour la planification commerciale, notamment sur les plans suivants.
engagement des clients, pensée critique, esprit analytique, innovation, agilité et surpassement.
Motivation et autonomie – esprit d’initiative attesté Compréhension approfondie et exécution solide des modèles de segmentation des clients; ciblage par priorités conforme aux stratégies de produits Excellentes aptitudes de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit en français et en anglais Savoir utiliser les logiciels de Microsoft et agilité démontrée à utiliser d’autres plateformes technologiques Démontrer une capacité d’apprentissage supérieure • Posséder une forte intégrité commerciale et un sens de la déontologie, incluant la connaissance et l’application du code d’éthique.
Déplacements requis Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite impeccable.
Bilinguisme – français et anglais Qualifications.
English A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of 3 years consistent track record of sales success in the healthcare industry Experience calling on gastroenterologists and/or other immunology specialists is an asset Results driven and strong sense of demonstrated strategic thinking and prudent risk taking Strong customer focus and collaboration skills Demonstrated ability (with supportive examples) in business planning skills including.
customer engagement, critical thinking, innovative, analytical and ambitious mindset Motivated self-starter - demonstrated initiative.
Strong understanding and execution of customer segmentation models and prioritized targeting in line with brands strategies Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and French Proficiency in Microsoft applications, and comfort level for learning new technological platforms Demonstrates a strong learning agility High level of business integrity and ethics, including understanding and interpreting the IMC code.
Some Travel Required Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Bilingual in English and French.
