Introduction   Join our Financial Sponsor Department as an intern and play a pivotal role within our Fund Finance Origination team.
This team is at the forefront of managing relationships with both international and domestic alternative asset managers.
You will participate in a variety of fund financing transactions, including subscription lines, GP financing, Hybrid, and NAV Facilities.
You will dive into a dynamic setting offering daily growth opportunities and collaborate with professionals in a supportive, international environment.
IMICIBIT + IMICIBSTUD Activities   As an intern in the Fund Finance Origination team, you will deal with several activities, including but not limited to.
Assisting the team in identifying fund finance opportunities with clients Participating in specified aspects of portfolio management and daily account maintenance Preparing supporting materials such as presentations, committee documents, transaction pipelines, and business memos Providing market intelligence and research analysis on specific topics Collaborate with other relationship teams in US, UK, Italy and relevant structuring teams What you will learn   Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to.

Requirements   Master’s Degree or higher in Economics or related field Prior experience in investment banking preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in English Ability to stay organized, multi-task and meet tight deadlines Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Selection   The selection process is divided in two phases.
