HSE INTERN

About the Position We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Intern . This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT). You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. During the internship you will be enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being involved in daily operational activities. Purpose of the job Enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being involved in daily operational activities in EHS. The HSE Intern will be involved in: Ensuring compliance with the Heinz HSE Management Systems and existing Best Practices; Ensuring that the site adheres to applicable Heinz policies/procedures, processes and operating principles; ensure compliance with any HSE legislation; Managing and controlling the Near Miss resolution process; Supervising industrial safety/warning signs located in the factory; Delivering small projects with high autonomy (create a new “HSE employee handbook”); Assisting and supporting in the organization of employee training; Assisting with the implementation of continuous improvement principles into HSE elements; Supporting the ISO 45001 certification (contribute to create the documentation for the Management System and participate in Management System activities - internal audit, non-conformity management). Soft Skills Excellent communication skills, ability to partner and communicate at all levels of the organization; Ability to multitask and work in a team; Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Hard Skills EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included); Education: Master/Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering; IT Knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel), good knowledge of other analytic tools, basic knowledge of programming is a plus and always curious to learn more IT tools; Language Knowledge: fluent in English and Italian; Management system knowledge (ISO 9001-14001-45001) is a plus.
