As part of our HR Services team, you will act as an HR Administration Specialist, contributing to build an easy HR Administration experience for our employees and promoting our HR digital technologies and solutions to ensure seamless management of change. Provide HR Administration services Support Schneider Employees with their HR-related inquiries, always putting the employee at the center of your action Build close relationships with the HR community to solve employee questions and respond to their needs Participate in the deployment of digital solutions and continuous improvement activities What will help you to be successful? Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economia, Risorse Umane or similar Good command of English Microsoft Office 365 knowledge 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service or in a similar role Interest, knowledge, and/or experience in HR would be your advantage Result orientation and team-working skills Pro-active attitude and innovation spirit What do we offer?
