Your role We are looking for an HR Administration Intern who will  support the admin team for all the activities linked to the new employees joining the company.
Main responsibilities.
Documents/contracts.
preparing and archiving documents for new employees/interns Meal vouchers.
manage the process to order and deliver cards/meal vouchers for new employees/interns Discounts.
manage the process of discounts for new employees/interns Badge.
prepare company badge for new employees/interns Attendance management.
support employees for the attendance management tool Other activities.
trial periods of new employees / nursery company contribution   Main requirements.
