Job Description ·       Implements and supports key elements of an effective Health Care compliance program for an assigned region, market or operational area.
·       Supports the Health Care Compliance program internal controls to effectively prevent, detect, correct and anticipate risk.
·       Controls within scope may include governance, risk assessment, management action plans, data analysis, testing, monitoring, reporting, training and policy.
·       Provides transactional reviews of transfers of value, perform reviews of copy material, and engage with business partners to provide guidance on Health Care Compliance related topics in alignment with Health Care Compliance policies and procedures.
·       Demonstrates an operational excellence mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
·       Provides administrative support to assigned Health Care Compliance department.
·       Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
