rappresentare il team motor nel leadership team, curando la reportistica, raccogliendo input dai colleghi del middle management e riportando al referente su tematiche specifiche; gestire le relazioni con le compagnie per la definizione di facility, accordi quadro e convenzioni; creare e mantenere una rete di agenzie di fiducia sul territorio per veicolare parte del business non gestibile tramite canali direzionali; occuparsi delle relazioni con le agenzie 100% possedute dalla società; gestire le relazioni con gli account, risolvendo eventuali problemi e collaborando con gli uffici della società sul territorio per raccogliere feedback e contribuire a costruire la percezione e l'immagine del team motor; collaborare con head of motor, che resterà responsabile delle operazioni motor e del coordinamento del team, per sintetizzare e trasferire strategie e linee guida, oltre a fornire mentoring e supporto nell'evoluzione dei processi.
competenze ed esperienza la risorsa ricercata ha i seguenti requisiti.
laurea 5-7 anni di esperienza pregressa nel ramo motor svolta presso agenzie o broker ottime capacità commerciali e relazionali capacità negoziali, di controllo e coordinamento disponibilità a trasferte completa l'offerta contratto a tempo indeterminato, ral commisurata all'esperienza pregressa ccnl commercio
