deal origination developing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors on m&a opportunities and risks providing ceo support in identifying and engaging potential targets building and maintaining relationships with external partners deal execution.
end-to-end process management including coordination of advisors and internal stakeholders leading transactions' negotiation and structuring (e.
., valuation and deal terms) managing due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets (e.
