HEAD OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

We are looking for an HEAD OF CORPORATE COMMUNICATION based in MILAN.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with the brand’s values and goals.
• Oversee and communicate CSR programs to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with teams on sustainability and community engagement.
• Create and execute communication plans to enhance the brand’s reputation.
• Manage media relations and press inquiries.
• Develop and distribute press releases and communication materials.
• Lead crisis communication efforts and provide strategic counsel.
• Maintain crisis management protocols and prepare stakeholders.
• Support executives with speechwriting, presentations, and media training.
• Manage communication of financial results to the board and press.
• Develop strategic messaging for executive communications.
• Monitor and manage the brand’s reputation across media platforms.
• Implement strategies to enhance the brand’s image.
• Track industry trends and provide insights to maintain a positive brand image.
• Oversee the CEO’s external communication strategy.
• Plan and coordinate the CEO’s public appearances.
• Develop key messages and talking points for the CEO.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Organize press conferences and investor meetings.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to the executive team.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years of overall experience in managerial role in a similar role
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic mindset and managerial skills
• Exercise sound judgement in establishing priorities and problem solving
• Good communication skills, strong attention to details
• Fully embodying the values of the Maison; empathy, inclusivity, uniqueness and freedom with a client-centric mindset
