offerta the candidate for the role of group it security specialist will directly report to the group it security manager and will have the following responsibilities.
drive high priority cyber security (it and ot) projects to successful delivery, ensuring the proper coordination with the it team, other organizational functions and suppliers identify current and emerging cyber security threats and vulnerabilities that could affect the company and lead the implementation of relevant countermeasures with agility guarantee the correct architectural design and implementation of security solutions monitor the cyber security incidents ensuring the adoption of the most effective detection and response strategies support the definition and the update of the cyber security vision and strategic direction for the company, advising on the most innovative and suitable approaches and architectures support the design, implementation and administration of information security policies, standards, and procedures, adhering to the industry practices be a proactive partner for the it team and point of reference for the whole company championing all security topics cloud security competenze ed esperienza the candidate for the role of group it security specialist should have the following skills and experiences.
master/bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent stem education +2 years' prior relevant experience in the cyber security area, gained in international environments, consultancy firms professional security certifications & experience with cyber security standards and frameworks (iso, iso, nist csf, owasp, etc) in-depth knowledge of application and infrastructure security threats and vulnerabilities, hacking methodologies and techniques hands-on experience with edr/xdr, siem and vulnerabilities management platforms experience in cyber incident response handling procedures and forensic investigations understanding ot environment and related cyber security risks, threats and vulnerabilities experience with security by design methodologies, security architecture, engineering and operations solutions as well as security on cloud environments (iass, paas and saas) enthusiasm for staying up to date with the very latest updates about security threats and solutions project management skills, highly organized, structured and able to prioritize analytical ability to gather and summarize information, find solutions to various tactical issues ability go beyond \"tech talk\" to translate complex it matters to those without an it background fluent in italian and english completa l'offerta as part of a project to strengthen the it area of the group, the candidate will actively participate in the success of company, facilitating in making data-driven decisions.
