FOUNDER ASSOCIATE - INTERNSHIP

Hiop is a dev tech software company - which means that we make software that is used by developers and digital makers to create beautiful things. Chances are good that you have used a product, service or experience that’s been made by a team that uses Hiop under the hood! We are now growing to establish one of the emerging technologies in the European data landscape. This phase poses unique challenges and learning opportunities. That’s why we are looking for a Founder Associate Intern. What is a Founder Associate? A Founder's Associate is a crucial startup team member who collaborates closely with the founder or co-founders to develop and grow the business. Often described as the founder's right-hand person, the FA provides support and assistance across various areas. They work alongside the founders to execute their vision and drive the business forward. This role involves acting as a sounding board for ideas, offering advice and guidance, and helping to solve challenges as they arise. The FA must deeply understand the startup's mission, values, and goals to align their work effectively. At Hiop, we work together to create technologies that make a difference. This is why we place great importance on corporate culture, continuous communication, and teamwork. Company Language The official company language is English (knowledge base and documents), so proficiency is required. The company is located and operates in Italy. Knowledge of the Italian language is mandatory (Italy is our test market). About the position As a Founder Associate Intern , you will work closely with our CEO on the activities and challenges that guide the growth of Hiop. You will be a crucial part in the execution of hands-on tasks and work closely with Hiop management to support both strategic and daily activities within a tech company. You will be able to gain a clear view on the decision-making process and you will acquire a full understanding of strategic framework and processes underneath the successful scaling of a company. Duration: 6 months Hopefully joining the team after the internship. Some interesting things you’ll work on… Community Engagement and Content Initiatives You will contribute to the creation and nurturing of a product community and drive insights and knowledge to a broad audience. Product Development and Workflow Optimization You will work closely with the Product and Community team to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support the definition of a strategic product roadmap. KPI Monitoring Systems You will support the design and implementation of KPI monitoring systems within a highly analytical and data-driven team. Lead Management and Information Optimization You will review and enhance lead collection processes to improve information flow and overall management. If you are… A student or recent graduate either in entrepreneurship, business analytics (or a related field) OR someone with a hybrid developer/business profile . Suitable backgrounds might include: A STEM bachelor's degree followed by a master’s degree in business. A business bachelor's degree followed by a master’s degree in STEM. A business academic path enriched by specialized coursework in Data Science or development. A true developer inside who has chosen to pursue formal business education. Bonus: Even if you haven’t graduated, an impressive GitHub portfolio or notable side projects demonstrating a strong developer/business blend would make you an excellent fit. We are deep tech.
