FOOD TEAM LEADER

Ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines • Self-reliant and self-motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently • Ability to work creatively and with an innovative approach within strong frameworks • Ability to deliver strong business results through people • Experience in a customer facing and retail environment and strong passion for food • Experience in coordinating a group is preferred • Capable of communicating in English and in Italian, both in writing and verbally Cosa farai ogni giorno • Contributes to the implementation of global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers • Ensure that retail foundations and sales steering tools, food safety and Swedishness are in place to optimize commerciality • Lead and implement the commercial strategy and commercial calendar in collaboration with relevant stakeholders • Drive the cross-merchandising strategy to maximize sales by liaising effectively with the relevant stakeholders • Lead and manage the food supply chain for efficient ordering, production and inventory levels to maximize profitability • Develop and improve by seeking and acting upon customer feedback • Ensure that the Food area, commercial & Production, are in shape as new, that common store planning is followed and vitality packages are implemented • Responsible for securing an excellent customer experience by ensuring that the team has the correct knowledge about the IKEA range (Food and product) and the IKEA services and can share this with customers in a good way Siamo un team Thanks to us, customers, co-workers and people at home can have a better everyday life through food that’s good for both people and planet.
