As Finance Business Partner you are the interface between Finance and our largest Business Unit, Plant Based Nutrition, and thus the wingman of the Chief BU Officer.
Your Role     You will analyze financial data and trends to support the business unit in making decisions.
To this end, you will prepare budget analyses, forecasts, etc.
as required.
You will monitor the financial performance of the business unit, help setting KPIs and developing measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
As part of the annual planning process, you set the budgets together with the BU - you review these regularly throughout the year and initiate countermeasures if necessary.
You will analyze cost structures, identify opportunities to reduce costs or increase efficiency and work on improving financial processes and systems Together with the business unit, you will develop long-term business strategies and prepare the relevant input from the finance side.
You regularly prepare financial reports and presentations for the management to communicate the financial situation and progress in the implementation of strategies.
Your Profile     You have several years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally in the process industry Your expert knowledge is based on a successfully completed degree in economics with a specialization in finance or similar You understand the interrelationships within Finance and have already familiarized yourself with various areas     Your excellent analytical and strategic skills enable you to use data effectively and prepare business decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to motivate and influence stakeholders You want to make things happen and have a strong can-do attitude Your working languages are English and German ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Your Benefits Culture.
