Do you want to work in Life Sciences Service Team? Do you enjoy Repair, Train, Helping Customer on service problems? Then read on! We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for taking care the of service business in the specific area assigned to him/her.
This position is part of the Life Sciences Service Department office located in Milano area.
The person will be located in Veneto area (Padova, Verona, Vicenza) and will serve mainly the northeast part of Italy.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to.
Responding to customer support calls and provide field support within your assigned territory and escalating complex issues as required to ensure a timely fix.
Diagnosing system failures and determining the most cost-effective resolution Ensuring Preventative Maintenance Inspections and modifications are completed within the specified time frames.
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, debriefing and reports and maintaining accurate car inventory.
The essential requirements for the job include.
High school diploma or university degree in electronic engineering or similar 3-5 years of experience in high-tech research instruments service Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements.
Ability to travel 90% of the time including, overnight, within northeast of Italy and for training purpose in Europe Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 30kg and good manual skills It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in.
