We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available days a year.
Operations are now seeking a talented Facility Specialist to join the Facility Management team.

Facility Manager Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing.
Manage technical reports and requests from relevant sites; Organize both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, defining priorities and engaging external suppliers; Perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose any issues and implement corrective actions and preventive measures; Coordinate projects related to improving work environments or business needs, and proactively propose continuous improvement actions; Manage relationships with external provider, ensuring the quality of interventions and services provided; Elaborate accurate costs reporting; Drawing up reports on management results; Manage and organize technical documentation (floor plans, conformity plant declarations, CPI, periodic checks of grounding systems, etc.); Oversee the execution of relevant external contracts, ensuring the monitoring of required service levels and associated compliance.
Create Purchase Orders (PO) to be sent to suppliers and manage good receipt; Asset registration / de - registration Elaborate budget reports; Archive maintenance reports The type of person we are looking for.
Preferred master’s degree in technical subjects (Architecture, Mechanic/ Energy/ Civil/ Management Engineering); Preferred previous experience in facility management in big-size companies; Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving approach, aim at finding the right solution to the specific business problems; Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite; English.
