Your tasks.
Supports the Facility Manager in delivering operational services.
Assists in overseeing service providers in executing the FM tactical and operational goals.
Tracks the implementation of technical guidelines Tracks & reports on staffing/third parties/contractors through KPI’s Inspects site for specifical project Administers landlord payments and facilitate budget Your profile.
Vocational or Technical Education (Surveyor) Construction Engineer Degree would be a great plus Any work experience in Real Estate Company, Property& Facility companies would be a huge advantage Advanced Level of English Good communication and influencing skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
