FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Principali responsabilità:
Applicare il piano di manutenzione ordinaria in tutti gli impianti della struttura, come quelli elettrici, idraulici, meccanici di aerazione, riscaldamento e condizionamento.
Effettuare anche gli interventi di manutenzione straordinaria, sostituendo le componenti usurate a rischio di rottura, contattando ditte esterne qualora necessario (per esempio, ascensoristi, imbianchini, carpentieri o altri tecnici altamente specializzati), lavorazioni e pitture edili con ripristini di pareti e pavimentazioni
Verificare gli aspetti legati alla prevenzione antincendio e alla sicurezza, implementando ogni azione utile alla prevenzione di danni e incidenti.
Effettuare sopralluoghi e ispezioni per programmare interventi di manutenzione.
Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti Requisiti tecnici:
Formazione / esperienza in area manutenzione impianti e strutture idraulici, meccanici ed elettrici
Capacità d'intervenire per aggiustare, riparare e sostituire componenti negli impianti centralizzati e nelle abitazioni civili, non coperti da contratti di manutenzione specialistica;
Conoscenza e rispetto delle norme di sicurezza sul lavoro
Capacità di intervento per piccoli lavori edili
Soft Skills
Autonomia, curiosità, problem solving, spirito di iniziativa
L'azienda offre:

- Orario Full Time da lunedì a venerdì con orario prevalente 08.00 - 17.00
