EXTENSION AND CONSERVATORY SALES SURVEYOR

Established in a small garage in 1979, T&K Home Improvements have grown to become one of the most reputable independent manufacturers and installers of Windows, Doors and Conservatories, in Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties. We are now looking for more enthusiastic and energetic sales people to join our successful sales team to take the business to the next level. The Package: · Salary: Base £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience). · OTE £80-90,000 per annum including Commission and Sales Bonus - uncapped earnings. · Self-Generation bonus of up to 6% · Company Car or Car Allowance and Mileage paid . 40 Hrs per week - Full time with some evening and weekend work required · Home based and ideal candidates would be from Northampton, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes Peterborough, Leicester, Coventry, Corby (45 mile radius from NN15) What you'll be doing: · Surveying, designing and presenting energy efficient, bespoke glass and brick extensions in customer homes using design software. · Demonstrating our range of quality products in the customers home or at our extensive Wellingborough show site and factory · Presenting quotation packs for prospective customers and closing sales appointments. · Dealing with Sales Queries quickly and efficiently. · Negotiating and completing sales contracts and finance applications, ensuring they meet company guidelines.
