Job Title Events Intern Job Description In this role, you’ll help build the reputation of a company dedicated to improving millions of lives.
As part of Italy, Israel, and Greece (IIG) Marketing team, you will actively support the planning, tracking, and follow-up of events and congresses.
Your Role.
Support the event manager in organizing events and sponsorships, collaborating with global and local teams.
Maintain and update the event calendar and Event Management Tool (EMT).
Coordinate with event organizers, gathering information like sponsor prospectus and programs.
Prepare briefing documents for booth creation, working with the central design team.
Participate in meetings with the business and marketing teams, briefing the logistics team as needed.
Collect event KPIs and post-event effectiveness reports.
Draft contracts per compliance processes and ensure all sensitive activities are properly recorded according to ethical guidelines.
You will report directly to the Marketing Leader and work closely with local business and sales teams, European peers, and international centers of excellence.

Education.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications and/or Marketing.
Experience.
Previous experience in a similar role or in multinational healthcare companies is a plus.
Skills.
Strong passion for events.
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Other.
Curious mindset, proactive, team player who can work independently.
Eager to contribute innovative ideas and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
