EVENTS & COMMUNITY SPECIALIST

To carry out our mission, we are looking for an Events & Community Specialist to join our team. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF: Engagement Strategy Development : Implement strategies to engage with the community, both online and offline, in order to build lasting relationships; Event Planning : Create and develop event concepts in line with company goals, planning every detail, including budget, timelines, logistics, location, catering, entertainment, and personnel; Budget Management : Develop and manage the event budget, monitoring costs and optimizing resources to maximize return on investment; Coordination and Negotiation with Suppliers : Select, negotiate, and coordinate with service providers (venues, audio and video equipment suppliers, catering, security staff, cleaning services, and entertainment); Promotional Activities Management : Collaborate with the communication team to promote events through various channels; On-Site Supervision : Manage all operations during the event, coordinating staff, suppliers, and guests to ensure event success; Post-Event Reporting : Prepare post-event reports, analyzing performance, return on investment, and participant engagement. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING WITH YOU: Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or similar; At least 4-6 years of experience in the role, preferably in digital sector companies; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong knowledge of English (C1/C2); Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills, with attention to detail; Networking and relationship-building skills. NICE TO HAVE : Previous experience in large-scale project management; Previous international experience; Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
