An overview of the role The focus of this position is to provide analytical and administrative support to the Customer teams. Your key responsibilities General administrative duties to support the Customer teams with a particular emphasis on the sales teams Ensuring all activities and administrative duties are carried out in accordance with company process/requirements to include production of all types of Order Forms, Agreements and Contracts, supporting the generation of RFI/RFP responses and sales proposals Working with colleagues across Open GI to support customer engagement ensuring clear handover of ownership for activities and customer cases where appropriate Co-ordinating activities, meetings, and discussions to support customer engagement as well as generally supporting customer teams Using Open GI systems to execute administration duties including Salesforce, SAP and JIRA ticketing systems Preparing information and reports (both regular and ad-hoc) as well as data analysis activities to support the provision of insight into customers and operational matters Answer enquiries from customers (brokers, insurers and partners) working with customer team colleagues to provide an excellent service Proactively look for improvements in operational activities and processes Qualifications Minimum C/4 grade GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Previous experience in an administrative environment Previous knowledge/experience of order and invoicing processes (advantageous) Data analysis and reporting (advantageous) Previous sales support experience (advantageous) Skills MS Word and Excel skills Organised, methodical, and accurate in approach Able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude Flexible and adaptable approach Ability to build strong relationships at all levels Aptitudes Shows curiosity with a keen interest to learn Strong attention to detail Self-motivated with effective time management skills to enable deadlines to be achieved Ability to understand the demands and needs of other colleagues, departments, and customers Process driven and able to make recommendations for process improvement Proactive professional, who can approach work conscientiously, takes personal responsibility for their own work and is accountable for its delivery and quality.
