Magneti Marelli Parts & Services is the commercial division of Marelli, distributing spare parts, automotive components and know-how to workshops through a network of distributors on the independent aftermarket. About The Position We are looking for a Tuning Sales & Marketing Specialist who will join Magneti Marelli Parts & Services team; this position is based at our office in Corbetta. The candidate will support EMEA organization to increase the sales of tuning parts and accessories across Europe. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying the product range, finding new sales opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and increasing brand awareness in this segment and in all the aftermarket industry. Your Responsibilities Will Be Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within the European market to enhance the company’s presence and sales of tuning parts and accessories. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including automotive workshops, tuning specialists, and retail partners. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive products, using these insights to tailor sales and marketing strategies. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and build brand awareness within the tuning community. Provide clients with detailed product information and demonstrations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Attend automotive trade shows, exhibitions, and events to network with industry professionals, promote products, and stay abreast of the latest tuning trends. Support Sales team to reach targets through effective sales strategies and practices. Provide feedback to the product development team on market demands and customer suggestions, contributing to the continuous improvement of the product lineup. Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions, sales processes, and report on sales progress. What Qualifications You Will Bring Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Proven sales experience (3+ years) in the automotive parts and accessories sector, with a focus on tuning parts being highly advantageous. Solid understanding of the automotive tuning market and its trends, drivers, and customer base across Europe. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. Proficiency in using CRM software and excellent data analysis skills to track sales performance and market trends. Strong network within the automotive industry, especially with tuning communities, workshops, and aftermarket retailers. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners. Willingness to travel extensively across Europe to meet clients, attend events, and drive sales efforts. Fluent in English; proficiency in multiple languages is a strong plus.
