he Program Manager, EMEA & LATAM Account Services, will oversee the vendor Account Coordinator program for the EMEA & LATAM region.
This role will lead the multiple vendor programs that support and enable Sales and Operations functions, including the oversight of the team, financial management, performance metrics, and/or resource needs and owns the overall program strategy for the region.
The Program Manager (PM) will work cross-functionally and manage key stakeholder relationships to continuously evolve and improve the program, set and communicate the strategy, and be responsible for sharing agreed to KPIs for the program, ensuring business objectives are met.
The PM will coordinate with suppliers in accordance with Microsoft compliance and external staff policies.
