YOUR ROLE The EMEA Maintenance Team is responsible for the maintenance and facility services of approximately 6,000 EssilorLuxottica stores, as well as our headquarters, offices and showrooms. Our mission is to keep the Company's stores and buildings in perfect condition, with a very high and responsive level of service and keeping costs under control. Joining the EMEA Maintenance Team, you will be working with many stakeholders for all support-related matters, reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator . Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and control the activities of preventive and reactive Maintenance in terms of KPIs (collecting and processing operational KPIs and related reports) and cost-control (gap-analysis Budget/Forecast vs Actual). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Perimeter: EMEA Maintenance, with main focus on the control of Facilities & Maintenance activities provided at our Retail chain and the implementation of projects to support the management of such activities. KPIs: Coordinate and control the activities of preventive and reactive Maintenance in terms of KPIs, collecting operational data from our EMEA Maintenance Teams and processing results and related reports. Cost-control: Support the activity of collecting spending data from the EMEA Markets and stimulate the comparison with the Maintenance Teams in terms of verifying compliance with the expected costs (gap-analysis Budget/Forecast vs Actual). Facilities HelpDesk Platform: Support the implementation process of the new helpdesk platform for managing Reactive Maintenance. Supplier Integration: Verification of deadlines and support for the process for supplier integration (renewal/replacement/tenders). Critical Maintenance: Market’s support of critical maintenance issues. Presentations and Reports: Support in the preparation of presentations and reports relating to EMEA Maintenance projects and activities. MAIN REQUIREMENTS Educational Background in Engineering & Management Of Built Environment. Solid experience with MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint). Teamwork. Project Management. Technical Interest.
