MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to chats, emails, and phone calls.
Provide professional, accurate, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
Manage the acquisition and processing of customer orders and requests.
Address and resolve complaints.
Document and record customer management information in the dedicated system.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or diploma, preferably in a linguistic field.
Excellent PC skills.
Fluent in Dutch and English at C1 level.
WHAT WE OFFER:
We offer a part-time opportunity of 30 hours per week on a temporary contract, with working hours distributed over 5 working days, from Monday to Saturday.
Working hours: 08:00-20:00. Mode of work: Remote.
The employment contract will be a six-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
