Business Solutions Manager   What this role is about?   Are you an IBM TM1 expert with a passion for business planning and data-driven solutions?  We are looking for highly skilled IBM TM1 Expert and Data & Analytics IT Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing our IBM TM1 models (supporting business requirements for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting), driving our data projects and ensuring the smooth integration and operation of our data platforms.
If you are proficient in IBM TM1, have understanding in Microsoft Azure technologies, and possess experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Data Lake, we want you on our team! While your primary focus will be on IBM TM1, you will also collaborate with our business counterpart and Data & Analytics IT team in strategic solutions delivery.
Under the guidance of senior data engineers and Team Leads, you'll develop and maintain pipelines, ensuring third-party providers and external resources meet their commitments within budget.

What will you do?   Utilize IBM TM1 for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
This includes developing and maintaining TM1 models, cubes, dimensions, and rules to support business requirements.
Collaborate with business teams to ensure TM1 solutions meet their planning and reporting needs.
Lead and manage data and analytics projects within the IT department by leveraging tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL, ADF, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake.
Analyze data sets to derive insights and support decision-making processes.
Collaborate effectively with business partners to understand their requirements and provide suitable data solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Development of relationships with customers across the enterprise, to understand their needs and priorities, by collecting input from customers and stakeholders; identify and propose process / service / role design improvements geared towards simplification and service level enhancement Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data and analytics.
What are we are looking for ?   College or University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IBM TM1 with proficient knowledge and experience, including developing and maintaining TM1 models, cubes, and dimensions.
2+ years of experience in the IT discipline with 1+ of those years in IT Management of Business Solutions/ Application teams (including people management where relevant) Experience in Microsoft Azure technologies.
SQL, ADF, Synapse, Databricks, Data Lake, Power BI is a big advantage.
Analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Understanding of machine learning and AI technologies is a big plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with business partners.
Understanding of budgeting and financial planning processes.
Strong project management skills and past exposure to Agile methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
