Use MRCI method for systematic approach Coordinate research to identify current and emerging trends in the industry Monitor competitors' activities, products, and marketing strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and to refine product positioning and differentiate offerings Lead regulatory monitoring, analyse compliance with laws and standards and coordinate risk analysis Build and lead an EMEA Market Research and Customer Insights team from local teams across EMEA.
