Job Description We are seeking a visionary and analytical Director of Revenue Management to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and driving profitability through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and overall profitability Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue management initiatives with overall business objectives Manage inventory and pricing across all distribution channels to maximize revenue potential Lead and mentor the revenue management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Prepare and present comprehensive revenue reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in revenue management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients to drive business growth Participate in the annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial targets Optimize revenue streams across all hotel services, including rooms, food and beverage, and ancillary services Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in the hospitality industry and Luxury brands Proven track record of successfully implementing revenue management strategies and driving financial results Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies Proficiency in revenue management systems, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software applications Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends, market dynamics, and distribution channels Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and industry developments
