In your role, you are responsible for the preparation of the established quality of food for service to guests and crew alike.
Must possess a formal qualification in Pastry Arts from a recognized culinary training institution or at least five years of pastry experience in a quality establishment with at least two years of experience as Demi Chef de Partie Pastry.
00a0 u00a0Must have recent experience in quality volume production and possesses strong knowledge/expertise of Pastry Arts.
Seafarersu00a0Medical / STCWu00a0will be required along with C1/D Visa.
Rotation isu00a06u00a0months on,u00a02 months off.
Salary paid inu00a0US Dollars,u00a0whilst on board.
