Working out the role of Demand planning process owner to establish, track and improve the local procedures defined in Demand Planning in order to increase process efficiency and forecast accuracy.
Playing the role of interface between Global Supply Chain and Local Sales and Marketing Leading the S&OP process, building a reliable and shared forecast from customer level to country level, to reach the consensus Anticipating issues and manage proactively the market unpredictability Monitoring the complexity and defining hurdles for new Promo format creation YOUR SKILLS University degree in Engineering or Economics 1-2 years in a similar position Excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced EXCEL Excellent knowledge of English and Italian Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional team High energy level and strong analytical conceptual thinking Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and projects At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
