Context and purpose of the job You will join our Logistics Department, specifically the Customs Invoices division, for an internship.
You will support in managing customs flows and international operations, contributing to ensuring the efficiency of customs and fiscal processes, with a particular focus on invoicing to foreign clients and document management.
Responsibilities Managing the invoicing process for foreign clients Receiving, verifying, and archiving customs documents Identifying discrepancies or errors to be reviewed Analyzing potential tax implications Requirements High school diploma in accounting or Bachelor Degree in Economics (or similar fields) Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills Preferable knowledge of SAP (or another integrated management system) Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (both written and spoken) We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal.
