About the role.
Be in the center of it, not just part of it! As Customer Success Manager, Marketplace Italy(m/f/d), you will lead our sellers to success and play a key role in the establishment, development and growth of our company.
Job Description About your tasks.
You are part of the central platform team and significantly drive the marketplace activities within Shop Apotheke Europe in the Italian market.
You are constantly in touch with your partners and develop strategies to support and optimize their performance.
You are the first point of contact for your partners in case of questions You create regular analyses based on all relevant KPIs to ensure that targets are achieved You monitor and continuously improve partner satisfaction and the customer experience You have a good sense for new market developments and point out possible market opportunities to the partner Qualifications About you.
You have a successfully completed degree in economics, marketing or e-commerce and / or a comparable professional qualification You have experience in the marketplace or e-commerce sector You have strategic thinking skills and ideally experience in the health sector You have very good time management skills You enjoy working with data You are willing to take on responsibility and are enthusiastic about marketplaces You are a good communicator and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders You have fluent Italian and English communication and negotiation skills Good German language skills complement your profile Additional Information About your benefits.
