Customer Success Manager for Technical Support - Italy (all genders) Location: Preferably Vienna, or you live either in Austria, Italy, Germany, Spain with a valid work permit Language requirements: Native Italian and full professional English - to apply please send your CV in English Experience requirements: at least 1 year experience in customer support and technical support Gross salary range: 30k-49k/Year (depending on experience & qualification) Employment type: full time according to local labor law, no freelancing Who We Are: At fiskaly, innovation drives us. The Role: As a Customer Success Manager at fiskaly, you are not only the first point of contact for technical questions from our customers, you are also solution-oriented and eager to learn. You answer support tickets, reproduce errors and create helpful guides and FAQ articles. You will take part in technical kick-off calls and immerse yourself in a working environment that combines daily learning with fun and adventure. Your Responsibilities Main interface: You will learn to act as a bridge between our customers and the Sales and Development Teams. Your influence is crucial to our success. Technical expertise: You will regularly analyze and communicate specific technical requests from our customers. Besides others, a typical task for you will be to create documentation materials together with your team colleagues. Development and specialization: While you help shape our self-service solution and document customer-specific requests, you will have the opportunity to develop according to your interests and strengths.
