CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINEE

This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student who is willing to take on a 6-month experience and to be part of our Sales Team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES.
Supporting for order entry; Supporting the Team for a Customer Service, Logistics and Operational activities related to shipping activities towards clients; Preparing daily analysis and weekly excel reports; Daily contact and support with our agents, carriers and colleagues.
SKILLS.
Academic background in Economics or Languages; Fluent written and spoken German or French; Fluent written and spoken English; Good knowledge of Excel; Ability to work on with deadlines; Analytical approach and attention to detail; Team player.
