CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVE (PART-TIME, FIXED-TERM)

Multiple part-time (working 20-hours and 21-hours per week) positions until end of April available Christchurch Airport based Supportive, friendly, and caring culture Entry level role with training provided Big international company with opportunity to move internally Working at our Apex Car Rental branch based out by the Christchurch Airport, we have multiple part-time, fixed term positions available as we ramp up for our peak season.
Come join us our amazing team and represent our business in what we call a \"Rental Operations Agent' capacity.
About the Role    From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.
What we are looking for.
Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence  is essential for this role.
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.  Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided) Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.  We operate 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 6 am to 10 pm where we are looking to fill the following fixed term shifts.
21 Hours Per Week Thursday – Friday – Saturday – -Hours per week Monday – Saturday – What’s on offer.
$ per hour, plus increase your earnings with our sales incentive scheme.
